The Vancouver Squeezebox Circle Orchestra will take you on a musical journey following the plot of Annie Proulx's 1996 novel, Accordion Crimes. Expect to hear accordion music from Italy to New Orleans, from Quebec to the Mid-West, from Spanish-speaking to English-speaking Texas to Scandinavian immigrants as the Squeezebox Circle Orchestra follows the little green accordion's journey.

The Vancouver Squeezebox Circle is a monthly drop-in open to players of all sorts of squeezed instruments, playing all genres of music at any level. It has been meeting at a variety of locations for over 15 years. We have a website at http://squeezeboxcircle.org and appear in public under the name Squeezebox Circle Orchestra with anywhere from three to a dozen accordionists taking part.
